The school is managed by the registered body of Tagore Vidya Bhawan Society,Jaipur, which has been in existence since1962.The school is recognized by the Dept. of Education, Govt. of Rajasthan and it is affiliated to the CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, New- Delhi.

The school is engaged in providing the best quality education to
students. It is equipped with all sophisticated facilities needed for meeting the challenges of modern trend in education. It emphasizes the need for developing various facets of a child’s
personality. Started in July 1981., with only 110
children, near about 2000 students both boys & girls on roll, ranging from nursery kids to XII std. students with all the three streams of
Science, Arts and Commerce & has grown in stature to become one of the finest educational institutes in the state.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
The school aims at imparting education and helps students in developing scientific temper, modern outlook and love for the motherland.
The school follows the under mentioned guidelines:-

- To provide education to the children in the Indian environment bases on the academic, literary and cultural heritage of the country.

ACADEMIC SESSION PERIOD: From April to March
TERMS AND TIMINGS:
There are two terms in every academic year:
- April to September.
- October to March.
- Summer Timings (April to October) : 7:55 AM to 2:00 PM
- Winter Timings (November to March) : 8:30AM to 2:30 PM
ADMISSION PERIOD: From MARCH to AUGUST
VACATION PERIOD: 15th May TO 25th June
SECOND SATURDAY : DAY OF PT MEET
Parents or Guardians may see the Principal, class teachers on the second Saturday of every month, (provided it is not a gazette holiday) in order to discuss anything regarding the studies and educational development of their son/ daughter/ ward between 9a.m to 12.30 p.m. For any other weekday, appointment should be taken through the student concerned.
